CANCELLATION POLICY
All new appointments require a 50% holding fee of the requested service and will go towards your service. The remaining amount is due at the end of your appointment and should be paid in cash. In the event of needing to reschedule, your holding fee is only transferable once and must be done within 48 hours of your appointment. If a second reschedule should occur, you will then lose your holding fee. Same day cancellations and/or “no-shows” will result in the forfeit of your holding fee. There are no refunds on services. All returning clients who do not cancel within the 48 hour window will also be charged a 50% fee of the original appointment’s total.
